  I ran my first ever half marathon yesterday which 5 weeks ago seemed very unlikely. I could barely move my back and was in a lot of pain after straining it picking up my toddler, but after 5 weekly sessions with Jenny I was back to normal. Part of this was due to her reassurance that I hadn’t permanently damaged it which put me in the right mindset to keep moving and taking away the fear that I was making it worse with my training. I would highly recommend Jenny - professional, knowledgeable, encouraging and kind!
